Just an example of how easy (sarcasm) it is to find a good REE deposit in a Tier 1 location and drill it out - have a look at LNR's announcement from this morning.
They're next to HAS & DRE and have had/been working on their REE project for 2 years now.
And we know all about HAS and how long they've been working on their project, and their resource, with DRE already having a bigger resource (and best REE drilling results for the region by far) than HAS, with an upgrade to come shortly and then more carbonatite discovery drilling to come after that.
