    the question still remains that if we all believe the price should be higher, and the board was knowingly aware of the value of the upcoming sale, and also informed as to the usual share-price jumps WCU is used to experiencing regarding positive news -- why are they supportive of a seemingly undervalued bid? It doesn't make any sense.
