Well basically Ya global is giving CXY $10M AUS in exchange for shares based on this sentence:

"for a total amount up to $10M aus by issuing newly issues ordinary shares to ya global based upon volume weighed average price"

which usually mean more dilution on the shares. What is their share price, not sure. But by estimation:

Ya global lending $10M aus lets say at aprice of $0.10

Therefore new issues shares would be: $10Million/$0.10= 100Million shares on issues to YA global.

Its good coz cxy now have funds for projects, its bad more shares on issues.
