Yes I mentioned about oppies, 1 for 2 shares, but they will be unlisted, hence will not be traded , so holders can only gain from oppies if they convert, so SP has to be over 60 - so the sophs need to push much over 60, so good in one way they are not listed. At least that is what I thought I read, but you can also check. All the best.
