I appreciate your comment, and trust me I also understand the dilution issue. The fact is that at some point too much capital which has no immediate usage then devalues the company because it is lazy money. The money raised was necessary funds for short/medium term use. It's important to strike a balance between raising enough capital to meet current needs and maintaining flexibility for future financing. I would have loved them to have raised at a higher price or event to have been invited to the private placement party. But that said AW1 must carefully consider how much capital is necessary to meet the company's immediate and long-term needs. Raising more cash than required could lead to inefficient use of resources or tempt management to pursue risky or unnecessary ventures. Just my 2 cents
