    I think its all about liquidity and insto involvement. The number of instos that has come on board in recent times is very strong and combined with constant earnings upgrdes has the potential to take us to the $1 level...I dont think that woudl happen without the insto on board and higher market cap/liquidity......its self reinforcing.........yes some dilution but overall a gain i think
