I'm more than curious that seconds after advising of on-market purchases of PNC shares by the trustee of the incentive plan the company makes a placement to take issued shares to 160m.
And I'm curious that a $10m jump in issued capital funds a measly increase of $10m in PDP acquisitions thru FY25.
What I do like is that a fresh brace of instos are joining ..to take the stock higher. But will they be selling to the incentive plan for a quick 10% turn?
