@jlo2012 you raise a lot of valid questions and the arguments you mentioned previously regarding management chasing performance shares is well thought out.
The only counter argument I have is that now that they have their performance shares, their focus is redirected on growing a sustainable business, otherwise their shares (and their efforts for the past 5+ yrs) would be worthless. While it was worth around $50m, they certainly can't cash-in their holdings, simply because there isn't enough daily volume. In brief, their interests are now realigned with shareholders.
