There's a huge data asymmetry between retail investors and institutional on MKG right now that it just pays squint your eyes and see through the data set a little.

Huge appeals by international funds is a good sign of something lying in the sands. They have been extremely aggressive and liberal with their exploring, eating up into the cost. Looking into the their maiden resource, there will be some serious re-evaluation of their pricing and whilst this isn't one of the hype stocks that we usually see being peddled by local brokers as much, you'd be hard pressed to find a better stock, better macro setting (POG price), and at a curvature of a possible break out when they achieve their milestone of a maiden resource.

I've been quietly loading up on a few gold stocks the past few months as the allure has been towards renewables and yellow mineral. Admittedly I have been too early, nonetheless, I stand resolute to seeing a few multiple rerate opportunities as an easy asymmetric bet on a stock like MKG at these levels. I've had some minor thoughts on the way they have gone about their marketing process, but you can't help but put a bet that Peter and his team has been fair dinkum in their operating unlike some other micros that beating an empty can.

If those last grades were released during last macro, we'd be in a less precarious situation in terms of dilution, but que sera. I'm prepared for the next few months to see this last leg into MRE to see a proper rerate finally occuring.
