Just a rookie question.
From below statement: if I held shares in GEV at 7pm on 10-Nov but sold them on 11-Nov am I still eligible for the SPP?

are residents of Australia or New Zealand that held Company shares at 7:00pm on 10 November 2021 (Record
Date), to apply for up to $30,000 worth of New Shares without incurring any brokerage or transaction costs.
