Retail buyers buying the Sophs existing shares on market now. The Sophs are offloading these shares at the same price as they're buying them at placement, plus they're getting a tradable option. So Retail investors buying at market now to spite the company are simply helping out the Sophs gain free options by dumping their existing shares on market while knowing their placement allocation.
