We are not anywhere close to finance Ando. In order to be close to finance we would need the following:
- a signed agreement with traditional land owners
- a mining license
- an off take for our primary revenue earning product (TiO2)
- an EIS submItted for the TIVAN refinery.
Which of these are outstanding? oh yes, all of them. ALL OF THEM.
This deal with Vimson smacks of desperation. If we were close to any positive announcements then surely one of our other numerous partners, all eager to get cracking, would happily dig in to their pockets.
The continuing lack of meaningful communication is a disgrace and this latest effort is nothing short of a betrayal.
