The excuse for the CLC delay is plausible but are you forgetting PBs forecast of being in production mid 2016.....What was the delay before that???
Cut to the chase ...if PB knew (as he should) what was involved in getting this to production then he's been leading us up the garden path.
He would have known better than us how long this could take give or take a year.
2020/21 is now his estimate....wait for it to possibly blow out again.( 5yrs away from 2016)
Damage imo is market doesn't believe PB... otherwise it would have been making healthy gains as with all the other Vanadium plays.
