Dilution & discount will drop the SP in the short term.
Yet I can't help but consider the countries where TNG now have a strategic partner - ie. they can call them up & get an audience because they own a stake of the company or deal with TNG products, where growth in iron ore consumption & steel hardener will be needed.
Plus who needs to improve access to electricity and do it quickly but differently than we did it in Australia/US/UK - this is the most sense I can make out of this announcement.
