Looks like DynEvolve is out of the picture and its back to selling the asset before MOB can foreclose (May 31).

Surely the tripping point wasn't clause 4.4 of the Subscription agreement (Use of Proceeds which limited SSN to using no more than 10% or $500K of the $5.5M to pay existing liabilities). It always was going to have involve another lender and it seems all parties could not agree on terms.

Would have thought that they all would agree before going to "press" on the subscription agreement,
