I understand why many of you are negative, but here is 2 sides to every story.
To go forward with a JV or with other means you need more objective data.
For me things have changed, we now have a respected 3rd party that has given us estimates. That is way better then rhetoric claiming the discovery of an oil province.
This at least is some evidence towards that.
JV or CR, time will tell, but this makes the work done so far more valuable.
