AR3 already have a non-binding MOU with UK company Neo Performance Materials (NEO). Also, another UK company, Vision Blue Resources recently raised $650m to exclusively invest in companies involved in vanadium, graphite, silicon metal, tin and rare earths. Did they contribute?

Therefore, it's hard not to see what big names haven’t got their eye on AR3?
