Not just low grade but totally and completely uneconomic in any price cycle. That would have to be one of the worst pieces of technical work and announcement I have seen in a long time. But really should not expect any more form the most grossly incompetent and inept management/Board team on the ASX... I feel sorry for anyone that has brought any shares in the S#$%^ show...
