The unlisted options will probably end up on SRN, so on conversion will be on SRN, and will need to be transferred to your CHESS holdings.
Other than that; don't lose the paper work - keep a copy or if you move house you'll have endless pain getting another set from the register, as they usually only can send out to the same correspondence address.
