Trust this thread to complain about a cap raise done at a premium 48%.... do you know what the alternative is? I'm glad were not looking at the alternatives of a heavily discount raise, or admin... On a diluted basis, assuming ALL securities are converted, this is still only capped at circa $80m at 6c (EV $68m), which seems pretty cheap for the quality of the asset. Spend has seemingly come down considerably given they've been able to last this long on very little cash. Obviously it still has its risks, but interim funding is not one of them now. IMO/DYOR
