Lets not kid ourselves here, this CR was done because the promised $14 million loan repayment from Angola didnt arrive. We need to know why it didnt arrive and whether it will ever arrive. In the meantime LOM should not be spending another cent in Angola until the corporate and banking arrangements are sorted out to ensure that if we do make money there , we can reliably get our share of it out. No point in having the best diamond mine in the world if it is located in Hotel California!
