Ahh, yes, well might be interesting who might want to buy RHK, but no doubt a few of us believe the company is being put in a position making it more attractive to potential buyers! I note some comments about the incentive shares issued to Steven Michael recently on achieving his 1st 12 months employment remembering a further 250,000 will be issued if he can last another 12 months. I kept thinking about the real prize for Mr Michael - 4million shares up for grabs on reaching some (unknow to us) performance hurdles relating to SP! And importantly this clause - "All performance share rights that are unvested will immediately vest on a Change of Control event." Easy money? I guess everything is for sale at a price, as long as we keep progressing down the production path, having options is always good.....
