Considering following facts, the market response to the last few AXN announcements is quite weird.

Stellantis is a leading global automaker with an iconic brand portfolio including Jeep, RAM, Chrysler, Maserati, Alfa Romeo, Fiat and Peugeot. It is a company with a market cap of AUD 78 billion and has become a cornerstone investor of AXN by purchasing over 70 million shares at 18 cents (paying almost a 100% premium to the market price before the announcement). AXN informed the market that it has received the funds. Stellantis has also signed the offtake agreement to buy 40% of the goods. AXN's market cap is still less than AUD 100 million.

I am not sure why the market is not responding. However, based on the above facts and in my humble opinion, AXN is one of the best stocks to buy and hold at the moment.
