look, I don't disagree that many student from Asian country i.e. China/Korea in particular comes with very limited English skill (not all though as they have to give IELTS to get their PR or student visa but limited number do come to Australia to learn English or they take English course before they start their main intended study) and they need hand but again their parent can give them traveller's cheque, transfer cash through bank of china or SBI or simply give them cash + traveller's cheque ... so there are avenue that can be used but sure NOV can try if they think it would help them expand in my opinion.. !
as i said above, NOV can sure will have some customers and they will penetrate in new market in future based on how good they are in their marketing & sales department in my opinion but all this requires planning, strategy execution and commitment so nothing will be short term in my opinion.. !
