    The cases you've brought up are completely un-related and isolated.

    NOV has a blank slate, with the ability to learn from past mistakes of the instos.

    That's like saying because one football player had a drug problem, they all have a drug problem.

    Appreciate it if you could provide some research based insight.

    It's not even entertaining anymore...
