In terms of becoming the bank for migrants. IBOA is marketing itself through its offerings abroad to sign customers up before they get to Australia and sign up to a bank. Case in point the NOV owned Vasco pre-paid cards in Spain that can be pre-loaded and then used within Spain or abroad. Get them into the NOV eco-system and then if they require AUD based banking services they are directed towards IBoA or in the future the European based NOV linked bank out of Cypress.
