I read through your entire post thinking that INR stood for Indonesian rupiah. That WOULD make sense cause that country is your nearest maritime neighbour and most Aussies (not least John Howard) are obsessed/suspicious about that country because of its appalling use of capital punishment on Aussies and of course the 2002 atrocity in Bali. But lo and behold, you were talking about a far friendlier country's currency! My bad.
