Maybe it’s time to move on guys, nobody is forcing you to hold shares or care about this company. It's just business, it's not personal. If you get emotional over these things I dare say the stock market is not the place for you. If you don't like the outcome or what is happening, move on, frankly the directors are not going to lose sleep over online whining. They're just doing what they think is best for the company, but if you disagree that's chill, you’re free to sell or better yet start your own biotech or marketing company. The share allocations were approved by shareholders in a proper vote, that’s how governance works. I understand the frustration in not getting shares, but if you wanted to buy in and saw value in doing so, maybe your frustration lies more with missing out and not with the directors. Either way, throwing shade after the fact won’t change it. Part of the SPP terms were clearly you may get all, some or none of your allocation.
