Richard needs to disclose why this strategy is markedly better than what was obvious for the company only a couple of years ago? This decision has caused the share price to collapse by two thirds and Richard and his team are 100% to blame for this calamity. I sent an email to Dirk, and he was just as surprised as myself with this direction so, who was advising these guys?
Richard also sold a massive amount of shares for a huge profit and now joins in on the bonanza to get cheap shares and options. This bloke seems more focused on becoming some filthy rich person than providing significant benefits to shareholders. He should've excused himself from this raising, as I believe, it's in poor taste to stick his nose in the trough at this time.
If this company still hasn't, either provided shareholder returns or commericalised these tests by the December quarter, I think Richard needs to step down, as I believe he is not the right person to lead this company going forward. I've lost count with the number of interviews he's done talking up these tests and hailing them as life savers for so many people yet, we're nearly two years down the track from when they received the critical rebate in the US and still not one test has been sold in that jurisdiction. What the hell?
