They said a $1m spp and turned it into a $7.5 m component of the total amount.
Way more dilution than expected. And I would imagine some very unhappy SI.
The upside is they shouldn't need another raise and have the funds to go full throttle on commercialisation.
The downside is even further mistrust of management, plus now they will not have to be in such a rush to get revenues rolling, given the snail pace so far.
It will be interesting to see which way the market views it.
