If you are "very comfortable" with where things are at - good luck to you. But many are concerned with the Sonic stuff up, limited Euro sales and, to date, what comes across as a 2nd best mktng approach post the Sonic episode. Also the delay in Endo launch (was supposed to be June qtr).
Whether or not this co is being well managed has nothing to do with any shareholders holding or their risk mngt strategy.

Doesn't mean this co wont fly one day and our concerns were ultimately unfounded - otherwise known as "the advantage of hindsight". We all hope and, still on balance, believe it will but are serious concerns atm with mngts ability to deliver.
