Yeah, I concur with that. I really think the market would look positively if Richard stepped down and a new MD was installed. This guy hasn't provided any long-term capital growth for shareholders and really, I think he's way out of his depth to take this company forward. Look to find someone who has actually taken a bio company from development to commercialisation, and if they find the right person you'll see a change of sentiment. It's obvious Richard doesn't have the metal to do it. Too often he has stated things which haven't materialised, and this is why the share price is languishing at multi year lows.
