This is a great deal, cash in this market cycle is king and they can pass on the high risk drilling to the only big player in the area. Very logical deal - 1.25M cash on signing, another 2M cash after reaching the milestones, and DLI must spend ~ 10M in the ground.
Also interesting to hear about the upcoming Uranium on the Paddys Well project.
