Its a great investment by the BoD... in fact many institutions will want even more dilution....BGS is too illiquid with a limitation on shares... kinda sounds contradictory, but look at the numpties who think AXZ or AVX is better value, because some still don't understand the co-relation of SP to MC...

Warren Buffet has trouble investing and making reasonable returns because his Finacial Fund is so large it dwarfs all stock markets and the companies he invests into...BGS has the same similar circumstances...institutions can't buy enough shares at low enough prices because everybody wants to hold BGS for the LT...if Instos want a big enough parcel to warrant an investment, they often push the SP up on their own entry...but if they wanted to sell, they'd destroy the Buy depth and decimate the SP artificially...

PS,,, Barney didn't strike out... Women half his age would kill him...besides, its better to have solid foundations (trust) and build a strong house (relationship) on top, than live in a tent (man whore), that gets trashed (wombat, that eats roots n leaves) in every little storm....
