I think you'll find it will get close, and hover just above it. I've seen this recently with other Li stocks. But... it's not a big deal. Give it two weeks post, and it goes back past where it was. And then moves up from there.

To all current holders: Be aware of this. There'll be a little bit of panic in the short term as there is an adjustment to this news. But ignore it. If it makes you feel better, don't look at the price for the next two weeks. And come back in three when the dust has settled, and watch it increase beyond it's current price.

Think about it logically. If this company has $12 million in the bank, what does a 7-10% correction in the (short-term) SP mean...? Not much really.

From what I've observed, BGS holders are pretty protective of their shares, so hold on to them, and join the unfolding LiBoom 2.0 story.
