Hi Milsey.  Had no idea you were the gatekeeper at Hotcopper.  Is there a posting quota requirement.  Quality not quantity is my motto and sorry but I don't feet that strongly about it.  What I will say, however,  is that I would be staggered if the company would release a positive report of their first year, and a week later, release a less that positive account of the single most significant event at this point in the companies history.  Think about it.  When someone gives you a tip or you read a positive event based announcement, what do you do.  You go and read a quarterly or a presentation to get an overview of the company.  The announcement today was a standard primer info commercial for the release in a week or so. The heading '12 Month Operational Review Highlights Significant Progress' is to give the next announcement a context IMO.
