You can’t simply look at that table, it says nothing. Why the ASX changed it a few years back god knows because it tells you nothing. Spending say 1 million in one quarter does not equate to spending another million the next quarter, it is very dependant on cash flows which vary for most businesses. For resource explorers, expenditure generally goes up and down depending on the work done in the specific quarters. Not every quarter will have the same amount of work done.
The quarterly released recently provides an update on expenditure compared to the first two years as planned in the prospectus, and they are pretty much on target. They’ve only been listed for just over a year.
