Maybe there were a number of fund managers stagging the cap raise, thinking they could sell at somewhere north of $4.05 prior to having to stump up the cash to their broker, or to wherever they get their short term funding from. Why else would they be now selling below the issue price?
I just picked up another 5,000 at just under $4.00. Better than waiting till 13th when the share price may have recovered and waiting till 30th March to find out if I've been scaled back.
