This isn't an announcement, this is a presentation with a massive disclaimer at the start saying "don't rely on forward looking statements".

Everyone seems to like the pie charts on slide 7 showing the ownership structure. But as the slide notes, all but the first pie chart is "an incomplete transaction" and hence a forward looking statement. Sadly its proof of nothing. A presentation with disclaimers is nothing compared to sticking it on the block with an ASX announcement. I don't think its as simple as they're making out @ #121.

Wait until AVZ announce the state of play tomorrow to the ASX. I think you'll go in to suspension, pending further legal machinations. Its probably not a bad place to be since the lithium sector & the market in general seems a bit brutal.
