The only red flag that I can see (and i am not that bright), is the percentage
of ownership (shares), management and their cronies are holding, virtually next to none.
It's you (and me at a time), who have been suckered in.

I am still in pain when I look at my VMS loss statement.
This, I am sure, will give mismanagement a good laugh.
