18? Well I'll take that. My apologies if you took offence. My point was that in our system things tend to get bogged down in red tape, bureaucracy, etc and that only in something like a dictatorship can decisions be made quickly. if you'd read my previous post I said, 'Unfortunately, though, I think you only get dynamism with a dictator, and then sometimes you get things you don't want as well.' Clearly I'm not advocating for a dictatorship, and most certainly not another Hitler! I merely used his name in an example. I just think that in approval situations streamlining should be possible; either projects tick boxes or they don't; if they do, then pass them without undue delay; if they don't then send them back to the submitter for revision without undue delay. Once again, apologies for any distress caused by a poor example, and especially to any of our Jewish shareholders (sincerely).
