Anyone amazed at how China builds a 1000 bed hospital in 10 days!!!!! Gee, consultation must be a 20 minute job. They probably ask for objections to be sent to a non existent address. Lets face we could not get a little hole in the road filled here in Melbourne within 10 weeks. Not sure how it goes in other parts of the Country. I can handle that we are used to it but I can't fathom the humongous amount of time it takes to sign off a little permit that will benefit the Territory no end. There is no end to BS.
