You obviously havnt looked into 14D all that much then.

Because 14D can time shift surplus power to be available at peak times in the Grid.

14D can use renuables, gas, Surplus gas, Biogas, wind, Solar , Heat, Surplus power.

And then re-supply that time shifted back as heat or Power or heat & Power.

So the 14D systems can be designed and structured to optimise any situation that currently has a shortfall .
The SA TESS system is just one way to use the tech, There are several ways it can be used.

Thats why 14D systems in most cases wil be a better fit than Lithium batteries.
