Obviously you havnt done your research yet, so I will explain a few things.

A 10MW type system can be installed in a Community area or suburb that has alot of Solar set up.

Not only solar but Biogas and wind as well as Surplus Power, and converting off peak power surplus into peak power stability supply.

A 1414 system of 10MW can be suited to a Suburb, community development, or a Tower building Block needing heating for the Units.

Your right that a 1414 system wont be suited to a single House, and I didnt mean one per house.

But collectively where the systems match the needs of users there will be countless places where 1414 systems are the best fit.

If you had a House on its own 5ks from anywhere and you had massive Solar panels set up, then a Lithium battery would be better.

But if 1000 Houses in a Suburb all had massive solar set up and had alot of surplus power in the day but had massive peak use at night, then those 1000 Houses would be better to be connected to a local 1414 system than buying 1000 Lithium Batteries.
