Yeah 2.6bn (based on 1.6bn for 60%) but Andover can be brought online much faster and with fewer difficulties than Corvette, and SC can be shipped to China if need be.
Putting aside permitting risk (which while significant I agree has been overstated by some "visitors" here), it's a question of time value of money, and dilution risk. At current valuation is there enough acquisition upside to make many years of waiting and dilution worth it? Or are there better risk-reward propositions which will be acquired years earlier than Corvette?
