I am not an investment advisor so don't rely on what I say. However my understanding is that the book build will sell the entitlements shareholders don't take up. If the price settles at 0.3 cents instead of the 0.2 cent offer, then you will get back 0.1 cents on each of the 13.7 shares you would have got for each pre offer share held. Thats 1.37 cents. Together with the 0.3 cent for the share you still hold makes 1.4 cents.
Of course the book build may be less than the offer price as happened with Arrium - in which case you will be left with one share, worth 0.1 cent.
So we are really in the hands of the institutions who own two thirds of the shares. If they see value then things will be good.
