Yes but rises in SP from positive language for AJX have a tendency to be short lived. The news is positive, but more confirming expectations already set by communications, rather than being specifically new positive developments in their own right, so does it really warrant a SP rise?
Really the only unexpected part of the announcement was that they needed the additional funding. From that point of view the SP movement today is sensible - however I suspect that without the new shares at 35c there would otherwise have been a price spike for the rest of the week.
