Yes on reflection I think a scale back is looking a likelihood given the language that it is up to $3m only. Not everyone will find $15k but even so, I’m sure 200 will and thats all it takes to fill it. So yes, I’m reversing my policy for my small account and buying back what I sold yesterday to fund the SPP. Next question. Will the scaleback be proportional to amount offered (up to 15k) or a flat amount each, scaling back the bigger people? And what do I sell of my much better performing stocks to fund yet another attempt at picking AJX as a winner?
