Depending on where the share price is this could be very oversubscribed. I wouldn't be counting on attaining many shares in the placement. How shares are scaled back is totally at management's discretion.
Insto/sophi shares have not yet been received. There may very well be some selling pressure when issued. There may also be a concerted effort to keep share price low to dissuade participation. It will be interesting to see how the share price reacts.
