Its always a difficult thing to assess , and we wont really know whether is a good or bad thing , until we know ! ( to state the obvious)

But

1. looks like the money is coming from a share holder
2. The make up of the board of HPC seems to have some good players with good track records
3. The very positive comments of growth of trade are reassuring & thus to capitalize on sales growth and market penetration etc etc you need the working capital

I'm looking forward to the Sept Quarterly ( and the continuing quarters as well of course )

Any way .... from a small shareholder perspective another roll of the dice
